"When I made the call a year or so earlier with a couple of mates that a trip to the 2011 Masters was going to be my act of pure indulgence in marking my 50th birthday never could I have imagined the experience we ended up having.
Forgetting just for a moment the last two hours on Sunday afternoon that saw an Aussie nearly claim the tile for the first time and ultimately 3 Aussies in the top 6 on the leader board...the first 2 days alone would have sent me home replete...the two hours spent on Sunday afternoon sitting up on the hill overlooking the second shot into the 15th green, the 15th green, the 16th tee shot, the 16th green and the 17th tee shot was probably one of the most extraordinary and enjoyable sporting experiences of my life.

Just a brief note to let you know all of our group made it home safely. We had a fabulous time at Augusta which was significantly enhanced by you Terry and the team…you have a unique proposition that certainly works and I'm sure that you now have another 90+ advocates who will spread the word.
Notwithstanding the hype and expectation around the Masters everybody in our group agreed that it exceeded their expectations and I would be surprised if a large number of the group don't attend the event again in the future – with you of course!. Pinehurst was also a memorable experience and a great way to end the tour for those who made the trip. Staying in the clubhouse and playing on the No 2 course (I shot 78 and won the money) was pretty special and we also enjoyed the village and mixing with the locals.

2010 USA Courses Top 100 Golf Trip
"Steven, I spent the last 20 hours on the plane returning home replaying in my mind each of the magnificent courses we played on our trip. To have had the opportunity to play on 6 of the top 50 golf courses in the world over a 6 day period was a very unique opportunity for any golf tragic.
I find it so difficult to rank the courses played. Each had their characteristics, attractions and challenges…Merion, Shinnecock, National Golf Links of America, Winged Foot, Beth Page Black and Baltusrol. What was so special was that each of these courses has hosted a USA Championship. Each course was so impeccably presented and nested in such beautiful surrounds it was a pleasure to both walk the fairways and try to rise to the golfing challenge presented.
I still cannot fully understand how Elite Sporting Tours could organize playing rights to each these exclusive courses, 5 of which are very private clubs. For 8 enthusiastic golfers it was a treasured experience made more enjoyable by first class planning and implementation… Given the extent of my enjoyment, it would have been remiss of me not too formal extend my recognition for a job well done and appreciation of a trip so well organized."

"I have done golfing trips before to play the classic Irish Links of Ballybunion, Lahinch and Tralee and ventured too the apple island for the challenge of Barnbougle Dunes. However the planning, logistics and execution of the Elite Sporting Tours US Masters trip left these tours looking average. Like most functions, it is the little things that really count. Without your knowledge of Augusta National, its rules, the short cuts away from traffic and the way to get a seat at the 18th, the average person attending would not be able to achieve such a high level of comfort and enjoyment. "I was fortunate enough to fulfill one of my life ambitions and attend the 2002 Football World Cup in Japan with Elite Sporting Tours. The integral part with in any trip overseas to a location the whole world is focusing on for the event is accommodation and most of all the tickets. These were arranged by Elite Sporting Tours without any fuss but with the confidence that I can only imagine you could have through having some very strong contacts in the industry.
Whilst I know a lot of organisation went into it, all I can say with regard to the ticket side of things is that I was five rows from the likes of Vieri, Maldini, Ballack, Batistuta, Veron and co as I lived the dream and witnessed past champions such as Argentina, Italy, Germany compete in the world's premiere sporting event."

"A close friend of mine who had already organised to attend the 2001 US Masters with Elite Sporting Tours recommended that I contact them whilst they were travelling through New York on their way to Augusta to see if they could accommodate ‘my dream’ at such short notice. Within 24 hours and less than a week from the tournament they had set-up a day at Augusta National Golf Club for myself and a close associate, including the necessary accommodation - The Courtyard Marriott mind you... an address that is booked 12 months in advance!

"Along with countless Australians, a 4am rising in early April to watch the US Masters on TV to amaze at the beauty of Augusta National has been a Grady ritual forever. To view it in person was a dream which I never thought possible until I met the guys behind Elite Sporting Tours.
The tournament was brilliant. I watched Lord Byron Nelson hit his last ever shot at Augusta National as an honorary starter. I couldn’t believe how hilly the first hole was. I saw Greg Norman eagle 13 on the first day. I got to appreciate everything I had seen on TV and much more. The speed and slope of the greens, the undulating fairways, the perfectly manicured course with a botanic garden setting, the awe and mystique of Amen Corner – it was magic.
The effort Elite Sporting Tours went to in making the trip a ‘once in a lifetime’ was superb. Whilst Augusta National and the US Masters are golfing icons and provide the reason for being there, the organisation and contacts of an experienced tour operator still need to be strong to allow patrons to attend in the utmost comfort and hassle free environment. Elite Sporting Tours did this to a tee!"

"...there was no way possible I was going to pass up the opportunity to visit what is my "Mecca" of golf, The Augusta National Golf Club. When presented with the opportunity to go to the US Masters through Elite Sporting Tours I took it with open arms.
