Why Choose Elite?
We Are The US Masters Specialists
April 5th through April 12th 2021
Our packages to Augusta in 2021 offer you the perfect opportunity to be part of professional golf’s most prestigious tournaments.
Why Elite Sporting Tours?
- We are the largest and most experienced US Masters tour operator in Australia
- 12 experienced and trusted personnel accompany the tour to Augusta, Georgia every April, including our own Australian chef team
- Our Testimonials speak for themselves
- This is a hobby and passion for us first and foremost – the key principals of Elite Sporting Tours do this for the love of ANGC, Bobby Jones and the US Masters
- We access US Masters Tournament Credentials (Badges) directly from Patrons who own these Badges and trust us. Elite Sporting Tours does not use a broker
- We directly access accommodation very close to ANGC so you can walk to the US Masters
- We invested in Augusta – Elite Sporting Tours own our own ‘Host House’ 200 metres away from ANGC where we have our events during US Masters week
- Choose your US Masters tour operator carefully – be sure you will receive your Tournament Badges
- Check the experience of anyone you consider – only choose operators who solely concentrate on the US Masters and who source Badges direct – your experience will be a better one
- Testimonials are critically important. Check the credentials and standing of the people who wrote them
- Be sure to ask about your accommodation – if you aren’t specifically given location details then be wary
- Take inclement weather into account when considering your accommodation alternatives – Will you be happy spending your “once in a lifetime experience” 40+ minutes away in 2 hours of traffic when it rains and ANGC close the golf course for safety? This happens regularly in storm season in Georgia
- Elite Sporting Tours built the concept and idea of going to the US Masters to help friends and Australians experience the “trip of a lifetime”
- We have been attending the US Masters since 1998 and do not ‘pass on’ our tour group to other USA based operators to take responsibility for – we directly organise and personally accompany every tour
- We have grown the tour to now enable 12 experienced and dedicated people to assist you during US Masters week, including our team of 4 Australian chefs – we ensure all your needs are personally met and we aim to over service every tour
- Other operators leverage one or two key people to attend the US Masters – we know from personal experience that you need more dedicated experienced assistants to deliver a professional tour
- Patrons in Augusta take the allocation of their Badges very seriously. Many of them have been granted the privilege of accessing the US Masters since the 1950’s and often have 4 or 8 badges allocated in a household
- Patrons are allowed to nominate who can use their allocation of Badges, but do insist that Elite Sporting Tours sign an agreement with them regarding the nature of use, prior acknowledgement of the rules implemented by Augusta National Golf Club as to the use of the badge and ultimately that their safe return back to the owner immediately following the end of the Tournament is paramount
- The agreement we ask clients to sign is the same as what we undertake each year with every Patron
- Elite Sporting Tours passion and focus has been to attend the US Masters each year and we have found this is the goal of our clients as well. We cater to the US Masters ‘purist’
- As Australians we are spoiled with some of the most breathtaking, challenging and world acclaimed courses on the planet. Simply put the golf in and around Augusta is not the level we are used to
- We do offer (through Package 4) the ability to play golf as well as attending the US Masters and are also able to access tee times at all leading private courses in and around Augusta during US Masters week if you wish
- In the end Elite Sporting Tours operate and focus on our passion of delivering the best experience for you to enjoy the US Masters and Augusta National Golf Club – This is our skill
- For those travelling from Australia and through the west coast of the USA, the easiest way is to obtain a flight to Los Angeles and then get a Delta connection from LAX to Atlanta (Delta’s hub). You can also fly directly to Dallas with Qantas and then onto Atlanta from there
- For those travelling from or through the east coast of the USA, the easiest way is to obtain a flight directly (or through a connection) to Columbia, South Carolina as this is much closer to Augusta than Atlanta. You can also now fly direct into Augusta itself from major cities on the east coast
- The drive then from Atlanta, GA is around 2 hours or around an hour from Columbia, SC
- Flying directly into Augusta – You can fly directly into Augusta from selected hubs however this leg can be very expensive in US Masters week and often outweighs the cost and benefits of having a car
